VIRTUAL WORK EXPERIENCE

Congratulations on securing your place on the Teamworks Virtual Work Experience programme starting Monday 24th November.

This is a FREE 6 date programme to help you kick-start your future!

LOCATION: 

Teamworks Karting Birmingham (West) is an incredible go karting venue located on 225 Dudley Road, Halesowen, B63 3NR. Your programme will be delivered in a room overlooking this incredible venue. During the programme, you will get a chance to get out and race these karts with other programme participants.

TRAVEL COSTS: We will reimburse your travel costs each day. Please bring a receipt, or a bus pass, for that day’s travel and you will be reimbursed in cash.

FIRST DAY: Monday 24th: 10am – 2pm

Please arrive by 9:45. Please arrive on time, so the registration process can be completed and we can get into the programme as soon as possible. There will be plenty of breaks during the day, but if you need any extra support, just let us know on day 1. Our team will support you with everything you need.

REFRESHMENTS: 

• Pastries, fruit, tea and coffee will be provided on arrival at no cost
• A Pizza buffet will be provided for lunch at no cost
• Bottled water will be provided at no cost
• Crisps and chocolates and soft drinks are available for purchase, from our Cafe

All our catering is nut free. Vegetarian options are available. If you have other requirements, please email jquin@teamworkskarting.com.

 DATES:

Week 1: November 24th and November 26th

Week 2: December 2 and December 4

Week 3: December 8 and December 10th (Talent Finders Day)

TALENT FINDERS DAY:

This will run on the final day (10th December) where you can meet a variety of employers, from around the Midlands, who have entry level jobs, ready to go.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?:

Just bring yourself! Bring positivity! Bring some ideas on the types of jobs or careers that you would like to progress into and some of those can be explored on the virtual work experience platform.
