Teamworks Hub delivers immediate, measurable impact and destination outcomes for disadvantaged young people in need of support in to employment, training or additional qualifications.

Our next employability skills programme starts 21 January and finishes with our Talent Finders Day on 4th February, 10:30am – 1pm.

There are no costs, but all employers are asked to attend with entry level jobs available and a wish to discuss opportunities, applications & interviews with the young people.

Most young people will have been on our employability skills programmes and have considered the directions of careers and roles they wish to pursue. You will meet many young people who are  employment ready! Our experience shows that these candidates, having invested in themselves through our employability programmes, are excited to learn about future opportunities and motivated to join the workforce. Employers have discovered the benefits of face-to-face conversations rather than reviewing piles of CV’s and job applications through more traditional recruitment strategies.

EMPLOYER REQUIREMENTS:

Bring one or 2 pop-up banners. Please bring 2 members of your team with a laptop to discuss jobs and career opportunities in your organisation/company with young people.

Teamworks will provide table, chairs, WiFi, hot/cold drinks and free car parking.
